Mexico City Office Consolidation

Our client was looking to consolidate multiple offices into one main site. We worked with the client to build-out the new 32,000 SF office space and coordinate move-in and handover.

The new open plan office includes break out areas and meeting space that have sound absorbing partitions for better sound control across the space. The project also included fit-out of conference rooms, telephone areas and the reception space. 

RCS ensured that the client’s corporate design standards were met as part of our design management services. The design was aligned to be within the allowable budget and then our team managed the general contractor and client groups to ensure that the project was executed on time and remained on budget.

Our team worked to complete the project with exceptional finishes, and greater than our client’s expectations.
