Miami Tenant Improvement

The project was the remodel of an existing office space to accommodate the consolidation of two floors. This entailed an upgrade to electrical, finishes, mechanical, the IT room, and A/V.

RCS supported this project ensuring it was executed per the plans and to the clients corporate standards. We helped the General Contractor overcome challenges with the local agency and we were able to deliver a project that the business was excited about.
