Project Description

Our client was looking to consolidate multiple offices into one main site. RCS worked with the client to build-out the 26,000 SF office space and coordinate move-in and handover.

The new open plan office included break out areas with sound absorbing partitions, conference rooms, and quiet phone areas. The fit-out also included restrooms and a kitchen area, plus a large impressive main reception to greet visitors.

Value Add

RCS ensured that the client’s corporate design standards were met as part of our design management services. The design was aligned to be within the allowable budget and then our team managed the general contractor and client groups to ensure that the project was executed on time and remained on budget.
