Bucharest Office Tenant Improvement

Our client was looking to consolidate multiple offices into one main site. RCS worked with the client to build-out the new 45,000 SF office space and coordinate move-in and handover.

The new build-out included open office plans, break out areas with large plush seating space including sound absorbing partitions, conference rooms, telephone areas and a large main reception.

RCS ensured that the client’s corporate design standards were met as part of our design management services. The design was aligned to be within the allowable budget and then our team managed the general contractor and client groups to ensure that the project was executed on time and remained on budget.

Our team worked to complete the project with exceptional finishes, and greater than our client’s expectations.
