The Outlook is a new build community clubhouse split across two buildings on the new Del Webb Rancho Mirage development owned by Pulte Group. The new clubhouse is a focal point for the Active Living Community.
The buildings include a reception area, conference rooms, multi-use room, social rooms and billiards room. The project included the surrounding amenities for the residence to enjoy that include a golf simulator, wine room, fitness center, aerobics room, locker room, restrooms, two pools¬–one covered and one exposed–with pool-side lounging areas, putting greens, a spa, eight pickle ball courts, four tennis courts and two bocce ball courts.
