Project Description
A Del Webb community, owned by Pulte Group, and designed by WHA Inc Architects, the new build 7,000 SF Clubhouse was designed to serve the active adult age qualified community.
The project included the Clubhouse, a 500 SF pool building, and over six acres of land development for the property. Offering indoor and outdoor amenities, the property boasts a billiards room, ballroom, fitness center, resort-style pool, spa, BBQ space, and pickleball courts. The new clubhouse is the heart and soul of the community built to serve all the residence in their varied interests.
